Conference Guide

After the conference you will receive an e-mail with a link to a short survey. Please give us your feedback so that we can make improvements for future conferences. After you have completed the survey, you will be able to download and print a Certificate of attendance.

After the conference the Book of abstracts (PDF electronic format) will be available on the website for downloading.

Your name badge is an official meeting document and must be worn at all times for entry to the scientific sessions, exhibition area and social program.

There is a free WiFi internet connection available in the venue. Password will be provided on-site.

Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served within the Exhibition/Poster area.

No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere within the venue.

Mobile phones must be muted during all sessions.

"Lost and Found" items are kept at the registration desk until the end of the conference.

During the conference, a CSFB photographer may be taking photos. If you would not like to appear in these, please inform the photographer or a member of the Conference Committee.
