Conference Awards & Contests

To recognize outstanding scientific contributions, the conference will present the following awards:
  • Best Graphical Abstract Award (3 awards)
  • Best Poster Award (3 awards)
Each winner will receive a certificate and commemorative prize.

! Participation in the contests is automatic for eligible submissions (no separate application required).

Best Graphical Abstract Contest

All submitted and registered graphical abstracts are eligible for participation.

Evaluation Process
The Scientific Committee will evaluate all graphical abstracts and select 3 winners.

Evaluation Criteria
  • Consistency with the abstract content
  • Clarity and logical structure
  • Visual impact

Best Poster Contest

The contest is open to participants with an h-index 5
Stage 1: Remote Evaluation
All submitted and registered posters will be evaluated online by the Scientific Committee.
Criteria:
  • Scientific content (relevance, novelty, quality of research)
  • Presentation quality (clarity, structure, visual appeal, ease of understanding without explanation)

Stage 2: Short Oral Presentations
Based on the first stage, 10 best posters will be selected.
Their authors will be invited to present their work in a 5-minute oral presentation.

Final Evaluation
The final ranking (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) will be determined based on the oral presentations only Criteria:
  • Mastery of the material (clarity of explanation, ability to answer questions)
  • Presentation skills (confidence, engagement, delivery without excessive reliance on notes, appropriate humor)
  • Visual quality of slides (clarity, readability, absence of unnecessary elements and "information noise")

Additional Information

  • The composition of the Scientific Committee for each contest will be approved prior to the conference.
  • Only submitted and registered materials are eligible for evaluation
