Conference Awards

To acknowledge the support of the conference's esteemed authors and recognize their outstanding scientific accomplishments, we are pleased to announce that the conference will provide 6 awards:
  • Best Graphical Abstract Award (3 awards)
  • Best Poster Award (3 awards)
Each winner will receive a certificate and memorable prize.

Best Graphical Abstract Contest

All submitted and registered graphical abstracts (GA) are eligible to participate. Based on the voting results of the Scientific Committee, 3 best GA will be selected. Evaluation criteria:
  • Compliance of the GA with the thesis text
  • Clarity and logical structure of the information
  • Visual impact

Best Poster Contest

The contest is open to conference participants with an h-index not exceeding 5.
The first stage of poster evaluation will be conducted remotely. The Scientific Committee will assess submitted and registered posters online. Evaluation criteria:
  • Scientific content (relevance, novelty, quality of experimental design and execution)
  • Presentation of the research (clarity of information, logic of illustrations, visual appeal, ability to understand the results without author explanation)

Based on the results of the remote voting, the Scientific Committee will select 10 best posters. Their authors will be invited to present their results in a short 5-minute oral presentation. The winner, as well as the 2nd and 3rd places, will be determined based on the evaluation of the oral presentations only (poster scores will not be considered). Evaluation criteria for oral presentations:
  • Mastery of the presented material (answers to questions, logical transitions between slides, etc.)
  • Expressiveness of the report (reporting without notes, audience and Scientific Committee engagement, appropriate humor, etc.)
  • Visual quality of the presentation (image clarity, quality of graphical representation, absence of "information noise" on slides)

The full composition of the Scientific Committee for each competition is approved prior to the start of the official part of the conference.
