Stage 1: Remote EvaluationAll submitted and registered posters will be evaluated online by the Scientific Committee.
Criteria:
- Scientific content (relevance, novelty, quality of research)
- Presentation quality (clarity, structure, visual appeal, ease of understanding without explanation)
Stage 2: Short Oral PresentationsBased on the first stage,
10 best posters will be selected.
Their authors will be invited to present their work in a
5-minute oral presentation.
Final EvaluationThe final ranking (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) will be determined
based on the oral presentations only Criteria:
- Mastery of the material (clarity of explanation, ability to answer questions)
- Presentation skills (confidence, engagement, delivery without excessive reliance on notes, appropriate humor)
- Visual quality of slides (clarity, readability, absence of unnecessary elements and "information noise")
