Requirements

  • Language: clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling
  • Size: 59.4 cm wide × 84.1 cm high (A1 format)
  • Orientation: Portrait only
  • File format: PDF
  • Resolution: minimum 300 dpi
  • Fonts: highly legible sans-serif fonts (Arial, Roboto, Helvetica or Calibri)
  • Font size: ≥24 pt
  • The content should be readable from a distance of 1 m
  • Abstract title, authors and affiliations should appear at the top of the poster

Submission

  • Poster submission is mandatory both for in-person and online participants
  • Please submit your poster via Poster submission form in your participant account by the specified deadline.
  • Posters sent by email will not be accepted

Important Notes

  • A poster printing service is available (only for in-person participants, not included in the registration fee) - choose "Yes" in the question "Is it necessary to print your poster?" when registering for the Conference via the Conference registration form in your participant account.
  • All posters will be displayed in the online Poster Gallery and available for registered users.

Poster Presentation (for in-person participants)

  • Presenters must be present at their poster during the assigned session
  • Posters must be mounted before the session
  • Posters must be removed after the session

Design Tips

  • Keep the poster clear and easy to read.
  • Use large fonts (minimum ~24-30 pt).
  • Avoid excessive text; use bullet points to organize text.
  • Prefer light background with dark text.
  • Use figures, schemes, and illustrations where possible.
  • Ensure all formulas, graphs and figures captions are legible.
  • Graphics should be high resolution.
  • Consider including a QR code to link to further information about your research.
