Submission Process

Log in to your Participant account on conference website
Complete the Conference registration form in your Participant account to register for the Conference

Submit your abstract via Abstract submission form before deadline 31 march 2026.
! Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.
! Only abstracts of registered participants will be included in the program. Submitting an abstract does not constitute conference registration.

Before submitting your abstract, please note

  • Please see Abstract Guidelines and Graphical Abstract Guidelines before submitting.
  • The abstracts submitted to this conference must be original and novel, without prior publication in any journals or they will not be accepted to this conference.
  • Please submit the abstract in Microsoft Word format (*.doc, *.docx).
  • Abstracts should be written in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.
  • The abstract should be maximum 1 page in length (A4 format), including all abstract structure sections.
  • Each abstract must include at least one reference.
  • A graphical abstract is mandatory.
  • Each accepted abstract should be presented by one of the authors and accompanied by registration fee payment, to guarantee publication in the proceedings.
  • All accepted abstracts will be included in the proceedings of CSFB 2026 Book of Abstracts (PDF electronic form will be available on the conference website after the conference).
After successful submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that this may take some time.

Editing your abstract

  • You can edit your abstract in your participant account until the submission deadline 31 march 2026

Review Process

  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee
  • Abstracts will be reviewed based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance.
  • Authors will be notified about acceptance by 20 April 2026

Presentation Types

Accepted abstracts may be assigned to:
  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation
