Student Status Verification

1. Check your email

After submitting the form, you will receive an email from the Organizing Committee requesting confirmation of your student status.

2. Obtain an official certificate

Request a certificate of student status from your dean’s office. The document must:

• include your full name;
• confirm your current student status (legal on the dates of the Conference);
• bear the official stamp of the dean’s office.

3. Send the document

Reply to our email and attach a scanned copy or clear photo of the certificate.

4. Wait for confirmation

Once your status is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, you will be able to proceed on the website (upload thesis, graphical abstract, and payment confirmation).
