Registration is required only for participants who plan to attend the conference and/or present. Co-authors who wish to attend without presenting may register as listeners.

No. Abstracts are accepted via the online submission form only. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted.

You may resubmit a revised version before the submission deadline. After the deadline, modifications are no longer possible.

Yes, in-person participants are required to bring a printed poster.
A poster printing service is available for an additional fee. Posters ordered through this service will be printed and mounted by the organizers.
